A supposed to be time for happiness and night of celebration turned out into a worst nightmare for some families in Richardson, Texas. Last Christmas Eve, a 19-year old Roxanne Everett died after she fell from the roof top of a two-story house in Richardson, Texas. She was said to be drinking before the incident happened. Reuven Wevber, 21 years old, is now facing a criminally negligent homicide and providing alcohol to minor after authorities find out that he was the one who provide alcohol drinks to Everett. In the state of Texas, you are only allowed to purchase alcohol drinks if you are 21 years old and whoever will provide or sell drinks to minors will be charged accordingly if caught.

Roxie was my best friend. I found your blog by searching for news articles on her.. I do this every so often. Roxie was living with my husband and me at the time.. we had known each other since 6th grade.
I miss her so incredibly much. Christmas was not easy this year, nor will it be easy for all the years to come. She was such a beautiful unique person and I just can't believe she isn't here with me.
By the way, the charges against Reuven were dropped.. Roxie's father, and many other family members and friends did not feel that Reuven deserved to be legally punished for something that he will remember the rest of his life.
Roxie, I miss you so much baby girl.
